01 . Project Overview
Nesta Homes is the rebranded identity for the company formerly known as Zekeriyaköy Yapı İnşaat, a 30-year-old architecture and real estate company. Known primarily through word-of-mouth, the company wanted to establish a fresh, modern image and enter the digital space to expand its reach. The new name, Nesta Homes, is inspired by the concept of a “nest” – a home within an ecosystem – symbolizing comfort and community. The rebranding aimed to retain the company’s legacy while positioning it as a forward-thinking, digitally accessible brand.
02 . Concept
To achieve a digital and contemporary look, the brand uses a color palette of blue, black, and white, which reflects a sleek, modern, and technology-forward feel. The emblem is designed to resemble the building blocks of a home, symbolizing the company’s foundation in real estate and construction. The typography was chosen to be simple yet effective, ensuring it translates well across digital platforms.
Visual Style:
Nesta Homes’ visual style combines modernity with simplicity, using clean typography and a structured emblem that echoes the brand’s architectural roots. The color scheme strengthens its digital identity, aligning with the brand’s new focus on online presence and accessibility. This visual identity was designed to appeal to both new-age buyers and established clients, bridging the traditional with the modern.
Role & Contributions:
As the lead on this rebranding project, my responsibilities included:
- Branding & Brand Management: Developed the Nesta Homes name and brand identity, aligning it with the company’s digital transformation goals.
- Digital Marketing and Website Development: Led the website design, coding operations, and digital marketing strategy to establish a strong online presence.
- Marketing and Promotional Materials: Created online and offline advertising materials, event organization, and brand promotions to drive engagement across channels.
